I had a terrible experience with Titan Eye+, specifically with Manager Vinoth and sales executive Niveditha. I had ordered lenses back in November, and since the trial lenses didn’t suit us, I requested a replacement. Despite repeated follow-ups (as shown in the attached screenshot), I received no proper response. They assured me that once I paid the full amount, the replacement lenses would be delivered within a week with easy processing. I trusted them and made the full payment on February 7th at the store. Since then, it’s been nothing but empty promises and delays. Every time I called or messaged, I was asked to “wait for one more week”—it’s now April 15th, and I still haven’t received the product or a proper update. When I asked for a refund or immediate delivery today, they again asked me to wait for another week without any accountability. The customer service here is unacceptable—they’re unresponsive, unprofessional resolving customer concerns and Niveditha hung up my call midway. Still I have not received my product or refund. Please save yourself the trouble and opt for better alternatives like Lenskart or trusted local optical stores. They are more reliable, responsive, and deliver on time. I strongly advise against choosing Titan Eye+, especially this store at Ambattur.

Great place to get your spectacles and watches under the same roof in and around Ambattur. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous in helping us select the products. Highly recommend.
