I went to buy sunglasses and the show room has limited collections of sunglasses. The sales people were very friendly and very informative about the product and guided us thru the process. We selected two sunglasses, one which is kind of mirror glasses and the other a regular polarized, UV protected one. The latter is really good and I use it while driving my car and is very comfortable. The mirror reflecting sunglasses are kind of good for photos and all, but it gives strain to the eyes when used for a long time. Overall good buy.

Today went to change my nose pad. When they gave it back my lens had a scratch marks. Then 3 people went inside a room discussed something and said it must be there before itself. How can they say such a fake statement. My lens never had a scratch marks before. ( they should checked before getting my specs).Lens and frame I brought it in titan.employees doesnt know anything.

Very helpful in selecting frames. And quality and service is nice. Completely satisfied. Update after 1 year- I bought for 8.5k before 1year and 2 months. Now it's completely waste of money and the lens coating is completely worn off. Since crosses 1year they r refused to replace, that's fine. But they didn't agree to go with glass change . Since fiber coating is wearing off I wanted to go with glass. They refused. Worst product experience. Not recommended to go with glass purchase here, I stead go with lenscart. Which costs less than half and 2 set we can get.

Why does the staff keep following up and pester the customer to give a review and rating? This is highly frustrating. Customer does not require constant reminders for review and rating!!
