Titan Eye+ at Palavakkam, Chennai

I recently visited Titan Eye Plus in Palavakkam for an eye test and to purchase a new pair of glasses. Ms. Thulasi was my optometrist, She was very professional and thorough during the eye test, explaining each step in detail and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. After using various eyewear brands for the past 10 years, I recently switched to Titan Eye Plus glasses, and I must say, the difference is remarkable. The quality of vision with Titan Eye Plus is far superior to the other brands I’ve used over the years

I'm really satisfied with the service and specs collection. I got in depth information from Santhaseelan who is from Titan eye plus. He has good knowledge about the lenses and Spectacles.If anyone wants to purchase spectacles please definitely visit the Titan eye plus showroom.

Good service and user friendly experience

Very friendly service. Stopped for a quick service for my Fastrack glass. Mr Santhaseelan quickly helped me out and gave my glasses fresh as new.

While selling zeiss lenses the salesperson of besant Nagar branch showed 2 years warranty (purchase year 2022 ),saying titan lenses just 1 year warranty and the lenses peeled off in just 9 months.When asked for replacement they're not accepting. Pls be careful while choosing zeiss lenses and do check warranty. Even they showed us the website -it's mentioned 24 months.Now they are saying it's 1 year warranty.

I had another very good experience with Palavakkam Titan Eye Plus. I had some defects in the frame within the warranty period, and Shantha Seelan has taken up the request and replaced the part at the earliest. He is very friendly and responsible for handling the customers. I appreciate their service after the sale as well.
