Titan Eye+ at Velachery, Chennai

Bought my spectacle at Anna nagar. Came to Velachery branch for minor repairs. They immediately attended & serviced free of cost. Saranya optometrist helped a lot

We had a personal discussion with the store personnel multiple times, so while we don’t want to be rude, we also won’t take this issue lightly. We purchased a pair of spectacles from the Titan Eye Plus store in Anna Nagar less than a year ago. As we mentioned in a previous review, the lenses initially provided excellent clarity—better than any spectacles we had purchased from other brands. However, within a year, scratches appeared on the lenses like never before. To get the lenses replaced, we visited the Velachery store. However, on the day of delivery, we were informed that the frame had broken, and the store refused responsibility, citing Titan Eye Plus’ terms and conditions. This was extremely frustrating, as we now had to spend at least ₹2,500 to make the spectacles usable again. We stood our ground and escalated the issue, after which the management finally agreed to provide a replacement. However, the frame given to us appeared neither new nor in good condition. A perfectly functional pair of spectacles, still under a year old, was damaged, and Titan Eye Plus claimed their terms and conditions state that customers must bear such costs because it "rarely happens." How can a reputed company include such clauses in their policies? In the end, we were left with a poorly replaced frame and ₹2,500 lenses. We could go on expressing our frustration, but we’ll leave it at this.

Ordered frameless spectacle. Service is good. They gave 20% discount as we were regular customers. The best part is specs are insured. 85% reimbursed if broken within 9 months. 60% if broken after 9 months to 12 months.

Have Purchased a Progressive Eye glass from Tital Eye+ for 8K+ and from the day i purchased this glass. it does not solve my purpose. They do not have professional people to take proper measurements and due to which, I could not use this properly. They have provided a temporary solution nose clip and within 4 days it got removed, as they have done with some pasting stuff. They were unable to provide a permanent solution for this issue. After an year, I went back to get solution for this issue, they have given alternation solution to get the metal frame, since it comes with Nose Clip. After i bought the Glass worth of 8K, I cant event use it properly and asking me to buy another metal frame which costs around 2.5K. Please do not go to Titan Eye + any branch and its purely waste of money. I am very tired speaking with those people and money I have spent it was total loss. I shouldn't be there in that shop. They said, when I bought, it was just 6 months of Warranty and now i could not do anything. so I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TITAN EYE +

I was badly cheated n dont ever visit them. They sell first copy of raybon. Still i wonder how they famous tata sons do this kind of cheap business in the name of eye plus... Fake and paid reviews. Will post about my experience in social media with all evidences

I purchased a power glass for my daughter around 10 months ago, which has since broken. I approached the store for a replacement, and they informed me that it was not currently available. However, they offered to place an order and promised to call me within 3 days. Despite this, I never received a call. When I visited the store again, I spoke with a different person who claimed that there was no update on my request. They took note of my visit and assured me that someone would call me back, but again, I didn't receive a call. This process repeated itself a third time. On my third visit, the representative told me that they had located one piece at another branch, but it was also broken. He then called a representative in Tambaram, who confirmed that there was one piece available there. The representative assured me that he would place an order and let me know. I am just trusting them. But what they are doing is fooling me.

I purchased 2 glasses 4 years back. In one of them, I lost screws twice and this Titan shop repaired it quickly. Each time they were very courteous and friendly.
