First time i visited the True vision showroom, Velachery last week and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Mr. Mehul explained very well about the lens and helped us in choosing the right one. Especially, i didn't feel any discomfort when I wear my new specs, the fitting was very good. Atlast, iam happy to find a better place for my specs. Best service. Highly recommended.

This is truly one of the best optical and eye care showroom in Chennai. My family and I have been coming here for many years (almost 20). They are very knowledgeable and empathetic. They prioritize the needs of the customers above anything else. They have onsite eye testing done by a qualified professional. They also have an extensive collection of wonderful high quality frames and lenses, at a range of prices. Their quality of service and attention to detail is impeccable. All of the staff are wonderful, patient and listen to what customers need before providing solutions. They also accommodate requests of any kind and their delivery/service times are spot on. Every time I visit India for my annual holidays, I do an annual check up here and the experience has been nothing but perfect. I highly recommend True Vision to anyone looking for any eye wear and prescription lenses.

We have purchased lenses from couple of popular opticals before. But True Vision @ Velachery gave us a total new experience and we haven’t gone anywhere else since we first visited them two years ago. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. They patiently understand our requirements and give genuine suggestions. Their price and offers are also very competitive. Special mention to Mr. Mehul for understanding our issue and helping with the right recommendation. Overall, definitely a good place to get your vision checked and do any optical purchases.
