I had a pair of broken specs and brought them here. A very kind and welcoming girl (I regret not asking her name) helped us out. She immediately took the glasses and fixed them by replacing the rope and nose pads—without charging anything! Earlier, I had gone to Lenskart, where they asked for ₹200 for the same repair. Doing it for free was such a generous gesture. Highly recommend this shop for their excellent service and kindness!

Knowledgeable sales team. Explained my choices well. I purchased varilux 3.0 with crizal rock coating. Prices competative. Testing & Specifications taken were accurate. Stepper frames available though this was not on display.

This review is purely for the eye testing undertaken at the store. Have not purchased anything yet. The eye testing was better than the eye power testing performed at the nearby Hospital. Very professional. Very thorough. The optometrist Mr. Habeeb mohamed was very meticulous in ensuring the power specifications were exactly what was comfortable for the customer. it was complementary 👍👍.. i think it is one of the best optical in medavakkam ..

Cheap cost....many designs.....Came to shop for 3rd glass .... Where u can experience all types of lenses and frames.And the service there is just awesome
