Disappointed with Product Quality Despite Good Service While I genuinely appreciate the courteous service and the way the staff treated me, I’m extremely disappointed with the product quality. I had ordered a fairly expensive pair of glasses, but the alignment of the frame was completely off—it sat oddly on my face and looked unnatural. More importantly, a misaligned frame can lead to incorrect lens positioning, which can affect visual clarity and defeat the purpose of a prescription lens.The lens also had minor scratches, which was unacceptable for a new product. When I asked if I could get the display piece I tried while selecting, I was told it was no longer available. I strongly suspect that the lenses were fitted using the showroom sample specs rather than being customized to my prescription. For a store that claims to be exclusive and premium, this experience was a letdown. Thankfully, I noticed the issues before finalizing the purchase and cancelled the order. I sincerely hope the refund is processed quickly.

One of my bad experience with this. Bad customer care. No value for money. I don’t know how they are surviving in ECR. please don’t go there. After sales service also bad as well. VOH thinks they are king however they’re poor in sales service. Bad attitude

The sales person at the shop has an attitude towards the customers. When approached to buy lenses, there was no other customer other than me and there were 3 sales staff. The incharge wasn't keen to show the brands of lenses or provide some recommendations based on my frame type. Rather he was just providing some price range and has been judgemental about customers intention to make a purchase. The price he quoted was below what I budgeted, but I went away due to poor attitude of salesman.

After sales support is very bad. They have arrogant and third class staff members who even don't know how to talk in mannered way. Also, they are not authorized, but are 3rd party provider. They sell at higher prices. So, be careful and suggest not to purchase glasses/frames from them. {Update} After raising the complaint with VOH, their management took action to understand the situation on behaviour of the staff and promptly provided the required support. They tried connecting with Mau Jim as well to clarify on certain product specs. Appreciate the VOH management and the store manager for handelling the situation in a better way with patience. Hope they continue to listen to customers for after sales service without raising complaints in future. Updating the star rating from 1 to 4 after resolution.

First time visited this store, had a good experience. Beautiful collections and very friendly staffs.
