The counters open at 7 am, and if it is your first visit, you will need to fill out a registration form. New and returning patients have separate counters for registration. The hospital provides excellent service, assigning a staff member to accompany patients throughout their testing and laboratory visits. The doctor's fee is just 100 rupees, and consultations are free for 90 days. Additionally, the charges for services and tests are reasonable compared to other facilities. The only issue is finding parking due to ongoing construction at the hospital.The canteen offers tasty food, but since there are no decent hotels nearby, it gets very busy and crowded.

My father aged about 95 years who has multiple health problems like cardiac, pulmonary, knee issues, was admitted in this hospital for emergency eye treatment. He went under surgery by taking care all health critical issues. The surgery was carried out successfully, by manual mode. My father recovered quickly. I thank all the doctors and staff who attended him. Hospital procedure is so systematic and well managed. I didn't find any staff behaving differently. They are very polite with everyone. Nursing care is excellent. I recommend this hospital for anyone having eye problem. One of the best hospital for eye care.

Some days back i visited an eye hospital in Pollachi with a friend and noticed they were using a different kind of *battery-operated* *wheelchair* for eye testing. It was very helpful for the patient, especially during multiple eye procedures, staffs didn't shift the patient between stools for every testing. And a yesterday, I saw the same wheelchair in Aravind eye hospital too.It’s nice to see hospitals taking steps toward patient comfort and convenience.

Poor hospitality!!!!!! I came for eye glucoma checkup at 7am. and went out by 5pm. no proper management. after the testing are done we need to search nurses and tell the test is over. after the test has done. they forget to upload and we need to wait. the Management needs to look into this.
