I have been a regular Customer with Crystal Optics for almost 20 years now. One of the pioneers in the Optical industry and have sustained for years all because of the trust they have built and integrity with the Customers. The Proprietor have always been a wonderful and soft spoken person, got the vibe to retain their Customers irrespective of how many new chain of Optical shops emerge lately. He has kept up with the technology improvements and have upgraded all the eye equipments in his opticals to meet the market standards. His expertise in each of the tools facilitates him to give the right set of recommendation in meeting the Client demands. I have never thought about a second opinion till date and highly recommend everyone to pay a visit to Crystal Optics to have rich experience and make the right choice!!

I've purchased stepper frame from one of the leading Corporate eye show room in Coimbatore. It was very light weight and had a problem in temple joint, asked them to correct it. It was repaired and within three days I faced with the same problem. When I approached the same show room it was returned with comment that the warrenty period is over. I requested them to provide replacement of frame on payment of the actual cost by me. But it was returned with the reason that nowhere it is available including their warehouse and suggested to buy fresh spectacles. I fed up with their attitude searched any dealer is available in the same city and found this Crystal Optics. Approached this shop with same request, matter of 15 minutes all the staff members searched and provided same stepper brand frame without grinding any part of the existing lenses. Perfectly fine. I am fully satisfied with the services of staff members and owner. Kudos to the team. Best wishes💐💐

I’ve been buying lens and specs from Crystal Optics for past 6 years now. The quality is best of all the lens and specs I have used in my 15 years. The lens quality is bestest of all. I keep travelling to different countries, hot to cold climates. The lens did its job to its best even in climates like -15 degrees. I must say this was the best decision to my eyes. I once happen to jump into the ocean with my lens and had it on for another 5 hours, but nothing happened to my eyes. The quality was so amazing. Excellent customer service. I needed contacts - cooper vision , mutifocals. Mr, Bslu procured those for me from the copper vision team and had it delivered to my home. Thanks to crystal optics and the team from cooper vision India for a collaborative effort to help a customer.
