We have been visiting and using Eye-Care for my entire family for past few years. I would say we are truly impressed with everyone in the opticals. The Owner who always welcomes you with a smile built in a culture for their entire staff who also treat their customers with care and kindness. They patiently clarify all your questions. Recently I dropped my glass in a middle of a pedestrian cross , guess what , my glass was protected by the case which took all of the damage(see pics). The best customer service from the owner and his staff. Very polite and respectful.They take extra efforts to check the reports and your requirements. They never push for anything. Always willing to show you enough models to choose. A wide variety of glasses to choose from. Moreover they also courier the glasses if you live outside Coimbatore.

Extremely professional guys with high digital precision testing equipment which is first in Coimbatore. Very impressed with their service levels and will highly recommend this place. They have a separate showroom for youngsters with combo packs starting from 999 (complete spectacles) with good range of frames and high quality lenses which youngsters look for these days in low priced shops. I used to buy spectacles for my entire family here. Still using the same. Extremely polite, professional and customer centric people. Now I've relocated to Bangalore and I'm not able to find a optical store equivalent to Eye care. I wish the best for the management of this store.
