Hi Reader Good evening Please note I have order 2 reading glass and today evening my self visited to your Hopes college show room to collect the glass. When I was checked the glasses one glass was readable and second one was not readable. So I was explaining the difeculty to your technician the technician saying you can hold the glass upper side and you can read. How it is possible to hold the glass all the time. When I was explaining to your technician your other staffs was laughing from the counter that time I was totally upset Then I was calling your show room manager explaining all the my issue with your Manager. So now I have collected only one glass and second one not yet collected. Your show room manager told me once the glass ready he will call me for the collection. Totally I am not happy with your staffs in Hope college show room. Pls give more traning to your staffs how to approach the customers Thanks and regards Ravichandran Please call me if possible

Good service..but once the order received instore nobody is calling the customer. Once I received update in app i ordered two specs i visited the store and they are dumping the delivery products.one spec only i received the other spec update still i didn't receive from the store, then why in app it's showing Arrived at store. Even though it's delivery person mistake. The instore person should take responsibility to call the customer to visit the store I'm wasting my time and visiting the store since I'm not getting any updates from them
