Good collection compared to RS puram branch... Nice customer service... If you guys need them they will give you all the details... Even if you have any doubts in the app... You can have good quality eye checkup but for safety bring you old specs for cross checking..... Currently you can exchange your old specs so bring your any specs and get some discounts.... 😇👍🏻

When I purchased 4 pair of frame with lens in Coimbatore , sales person told me free lens replacement with in one year. When I went after 2months for free lens replacement Sales person refused to replace. I had high hopes for Lens Kart based on their promise of free lens replacement within one year. However, when I returned just two months after purchasing, I was flatly denied the replacement. This completely contradicts what I was told when I made my purchase. The sales team was unhelpful, and their service left much to be desired. It’s frustrating when a company makes such promises but fails to honor them when it matters. I expected better communication and customer service. Very poor experience all around. I will definitely reconsider any future purchases and will not be recommending Lens Kart to anyone.
The shop opens an hour later but they helped me solve my exchange issue quickly. Very efficient people.
