I had a wonderful experience at Lenskart, Prozone mall , Coimbatore. I was assisted by Mr. Ranjith for spectacle selections who guided me very well and showed me all the possible options. And my eye test was taken care by Ms. Suchithra, who did her job very professionally well and she guided with the pros and cons in a very well manner. They even extended their working hours just to assist us, that’s really appreciated and I would definitely recommend people to visit this branch particularly!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Lenskart in Prozone Mall. The staff lacks basic knowledge about their products and policies, making it frustrating to get clear answers. Moreover, they seemed hesitant to provide essential information, which felt unprofessional and unhelpful. Would not recommend this store if you're expecting proper guidance and assistance.

Excellent and polite approach by the frontline staff Smt.Fathima. She's very cordial and very knowledgeable about her work. Also the way she's marketing the products also excellent. She's the asset of your store.
