Hi I'm happy to share this review based on my experience here i went for my spectacle service. With 10Mins they completed the process i was so satisfied. Spectacle Starts from 599/- Service and Customer Satisfaction is good. Free Eye Checkup will be checked here based on the power you can purchase. Everyone is polite and explains about the products.

This is by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had with an optics store in 15 years. I never knew someone could mess up a pair of glasses so badly. I deeply regret ever stepping into Titan eye+. I will suggest anyone even remotely considering Titan eye+ to run in the opposite direction. I don’t know from where they get these fake, 5 star reviews. I was fooled by the ratings. They deserve 0 rating. Totally pathetic service with utter disregard for the customer. Something is seriously wrong with their so-called processes. There is no coherence in communication and they take customers for granted. I raised my issue with the customer service team but they only prolonged my agony even longer. It has been 2 months and I still don’t have the product in my hand. In the end, I can thank god that I only lost ₹3500. They would have happily taken more and I’m confident that they would have still delivered the same level of pathetic service.

I had been to all titan eye plus showroom in coimbatore only the one at Prozone helped me to purchase an unique frame. I appreciate the efforts of the concerned staff. Not only that she put in efforts to update me. My heartfelt thanks to the staff.
