I just had my cataract surgery (both eyes) at RSPuram within a span of 2 weeks. I must thank Dr.Madhusudanan for guiding in a wonderful way. He explained everything in detail and politely clarified all my doubts. I thank Dr.Mohammed Shahbaaz who is a well experienced surgeon. While preforming the surgery itself, he explained what was being done during surgery. Reviews without delay or postponement. I once again thank him. Then comes the team of the staff. Ms.Sulochana, the counselor who is kind and very patiently explained the various types of IOLs and properly guided which suits depending on our requirement. I am very much satisfied with Mr.Raffiqq's service who looks after the insurance claim etc. I shouldn't forget the polite and smiling services rendered by Ms.Raji, staff nurse. And last but not the least, my appreciations to Ms,Surekha,Ms.Sofia, Ms.Usha(post operative ward staff),Ms.Shalini,Ms.Anjel, Ms.Mareeswari and Ms.Kiruthika. The ambience is very very neat and hygienic. I will definitely refer & recommend your hospital to my Relatives and friends. Thanks a lot.
