One of the worst hospital. The receptionists are not at all ethical and professional. They intentionally keep the sheet down so that the turn is at the last. Happened to visit the hospital when it is crowded and knowing the patient is a minor she intentionally keep the sheets the down so that initial screening are delayed. Unprofessional to the max.

Worst experience No punctuality No timing doctor repeatedly says to wait so totally waste of time instead diagnosis or treatment. No social distance Best place for Infection and Covid spread Staffs are rude in behavior especially the consultant lady scolds very aged ladies and gents. And Cost is very very high. I found this when compared to Aravind hospital as they are really reasonable. Even doctor narrates story instead explaining and moreover speaks like a market merchant. No care and not responsive at all. Thank God we did not get admitted.

The Dr filled the prescription without listening completely what the patient says. Just promoting us to get a specs from his opticals. They won't give the power they checked, unless you purchase specs from their opticals, which is not a fare and ethical practice. These review is based on my visit during Nov 2022.

No punctuality : If you're ok with waiting/wasting plenty of hours in the reception you can visit this hospital because the doctor doesn't come on time. Zero Privacy: Your problem and the solution will be shared and addressed in the reception itself(in front of other people). At times you'll feel like you're in a public meeting 😄

Best eye care. Well experienced doctor and his knowledge is commandable. Doctor explains clearly about treatment options. Admitted my grandmother for surgery . Doctor clearly explained about procedure. Diagnosis and surgical outcome was excellent. post operative care was too good. Now my grandmother had good vision after surgery. Ambience was extra ordinary. Staffs are well trained in patient care. Optometrist work is appreciatable. Happy to share that i had good experience with this hospital. Now I recommend my friends and relatives who needs eye care to this hospital. Best thing is administration is too good that prior appointment given hence waiting time is much less. Follow up of out patient and surgery patient is easy since hospital keeps a tracking system of case sheets. Best hospital exclusive for eye care. Congrats Dr krishnakumar and team

One off the best hospital ...my pterygium surgery is very well.and so comfortable.. dr.and staffs are very good care ...and humble..
