I am writing this review with my heart felt gratitude to Dr.Ajaiy. He proved his profession by his humanity, politeness and down to earth nature. I have consulted many eye doctors for my son's blocked tear ducts problem thinking that it could be treated from eye side and should be treated by opthalmologist. but nobody told me that if the block is near nose it could be treated via Endoscopy by ENT surgeons as well. The day when I visited hospital I too had felt like the people commented about the wait issues below, but if proper treatment should be given then it takes much time for perfect analysis. Later realised that wait is totally the worth. The doctor is highly recommended for his skilled treatment, humble and helping nature. I have never seen a Doctor like him. Thank you Dr.Ajaiy🙏🙏🙏, for curing my son's eye problem which was there for the past 6 years from his birth through Endoscopic DCR surgery. I am writing this post after discharge from hospital.I would 200% recommend this Doctor for anyone so I have given 5 rating for him.

I had an excellent experience on eye care. The doctor is highly skilled and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in a clear. The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped, which made me feel confident in their care. Their Opticals are very affordable and reasonable price..

Worst experience, waiting for more than 1 Hr , but no response in reception and abirami doctor waste not working good to people, working staff male, female is not working, they are not eligible to work in this hospital , else hospital will be closed soon

If a patient get scared of some treatment procedure, doctor should support the patient with supporting polite words. But doctor Ajay shouted to my wife during the treatment. I have no issues with his treatment. But by the way he reacted to my wife for procedure is really unexpected. Initially I thought it's a doctor patient issues and I didn't reacted. But he didn't stopped raising his voice and then I asked this is not good to shout like this to your patient. Worst experience with doctor Ajay. Learn to show some kindness to the patient those who are scared for a treatment. Again I am telling iam not speaking anything wrong about treatment. The only issue is the way you shouted with your patient (my wife)..

It was the worst experience. The doctor has no patience to handle the fearful patients. His understanding about the patients is nothing. I went there and he suggested that a vocal card test. While giving anaesthesia my body reacted to accept the bitterness and got tears (kind of a psychological response). As a doctor he knows the level of anaesthesia. But we patients don't have any knowledge about that. They should be patience to handle the situation. Instead he reacted to me by shouting. The first learning in MBBS is being polite and making the patients comfortable. I guess he has some other problems and he is showing to the patients.

Doctor is good, treatment worked very well.but staff is very very worst behavior they are not following que properly they do not have any respect towards patients and sending their favorite people first to visit doctor. we are waited more than 3 hours to visit doctor. if you call to hospital no one is picking phone. Very very irresponsible.

This clinic has the necessary apparatus by which even the patients can see what’s inside the ear! This is an advantage as compared to other ENTs. The receptionist never provides correct information! Very long waiting hours is the biggest pain point.

The doctor was very humble; he took time to address and care for the patient's problems. He was doing very well to follow up with the patients.🙏
