The customer experience was excellent. Jennifer madam clearly explained about the different lenses available and their prices. They have lot of options on the lens and the frames. The showroom was really great even though it was small. The most important part is the courteous behavior and the readiness to explain / answer to all the questions asked by me. Jennifer madam did update me and follow up on my availability to collect the glasses. It was really a wonderful experience visiting this showroom. I would definitely recommend this showroom to anyone.

We went to buy new prescription glasses for my wife. The store owner was really kind and genuinely helpful. My wife couldn't see new frame while trying them properly in the mirror without her power glasses. The store owner gave my wife a trial contact lenses so that she can for the first time in life choose a frame to her own liking. Not everyday you get such a kind gesture in a store when you do shopping. We ended up ordering a pair of glasses and contact lenses. Prices were very reasonable and I enjoyed shopping at Lens zone.

My experience with Lens Zone has been super. A good collection of Lenses and frames is available at a reasonable price. also the store person, Mrs.Jennifer is genuinely helpful. This is the first store I've come across, where the store manager calls up for delivery, also follows up to check if the glasses meet our expectations post use. Since I had to travel on a family emergency, she even offered to courier the specs to me. If you are looking for good customer service, you can blindly choose Lens zone.
