Staff take care of the patient well. The appointment of Dr should be made better to have plesent process. Since the infrastructure capacity is over filled.

Actually their way of approach towards the patient is really excellence. We visited just for an eye check up, but they treated well and two doctors consult us and gave the clear situation about the patient's health. By last we really appreciate their approaching strategy....

Thoroughly unprofessional. Fleecing money through various ways. Focus instead of patient care is on revenue generation. Aweful and disgusting ... Lesser to say better... Typical corporate arrogance is exhibited right from entrance. I am done......

My mother have vision problem last 2 months I visited agarwal eye hospital Dr. Santhanalakshmi advised to check both the eyes and adviced to do surgery for both the eyes mrs sharmila mam had gave good council and mainly the staffs working in hospital are very caring and supportive pls continue this effort for all patients thanks a lot for your love and support

Came here by car with the family of four for eye checkup for everyone. 🚗👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🏥 No parking facility for customer available here. 🚫🅿️ Even the parking space was available but it was denied by security stating that the car parking was only for doctors 👮‍♂️😡. And the security was very rude shouted at me. Picture attached where the security and parking space was visible. 📸 Dont come here if you have car ❌

I went for my father's treatment and was very pleased with the excellent care provided by the staff. The test lab facility was also good and well-maintained.

I had a disappointing experience regarding parking facilities. Despite several empty spaces being available, the security rudely denied me access to park my car. When I asked for assistance to find alternative parking, he dismissively told me to park elsewhere without offering any help. After 10-15 minutes of arguments, another security person intervened and finally assisted me in parking on the road. This experience was both frustrating and unprofessional. If anyone thought of going to this place in car think twice before going.... Because that road will be busy always
