Hospital is very clean, staffs are sincerely, affordable fee's, very good doctor and inside optical affordable prices leading company lenses available

I visited this hospital today when I approched the reception. They advised me to read, what has written in the wall. I read carefully. Then came to know we do not provide prescription of your power glasses. They did not ask my name. I just looked around me. I was surrounded by old people. Primarily cheating older people in the name of hospital. How Ironic!

I visited today, found nurse is checking the eye measurements, which is not correct. And they refused to share the readings saying, I need to buy opticals there and eye report will not be shared. When cross checked the report at opticals, observed the readings were not correct and asked optician to check the eye reading again. Nurse is showing lazy to check with different reading options and also on axis. Dear Doctor, Kindly cross verify the eye readings taken by the nurse. As we are paying for your service. How you can say, the reports will not be given to patients. Dear respective government department, kindly ensure the reports were shared to patients.

It's an optical store. Not an eye hospital. They are compelling us to buy the spectacles from them by not submitting the prescription. It's totally against the human rights. If I'm consulting with a doctor, I have full rights to see my prescription. But they are not ready to show us. Optical persons are treating the patients as illiterates.

Unethical health care where they don't let you know the prescription for your eye glasses. Only option is to get a set of lenses from them. I strongly discourage this system as I believe I have rights to know my medical records.

Honestly shocked by what they are doing...it's extortion!!! They have a new rule where they don't tell you the power change or give you a prescription even if you live abroad!!! You only get to know your power if you get glasses from them.. Isn't this against all rules of patient care? Have been visiting this place for almost 20 years.. Will never be coming back for a checkup again... Very disheartening!!!!!

Sri Vatsa Eye Foundation is one of the hospital which has been established long time ago in nagercoil. I have been visiting it from childhood for all my eye checkup and issue. Good Management, Nurses and cleanliness maintained here.

Very worst eye hospital in Nagercoil. Better to go for an optical store rather than this. They charge for consultation and won't gv the reading.
