I like the quality and pricing of Titen products, but I'm really disappointed with their after-sales service. For the past two days, they've been telling me to come back tomorrow just to tighten a small screw on my father's glasses. Dealing with that in this summer heat is frustrating, and in the end, I had to fix it myself.

Good and free sevice ... Many collections very nice

Very poor service when we enquired about exchange for broken frame. He literally yelled, on top of that he claimed that the specs we were wearing were of cheap quality (which is Fastrack) and those will break but not the one bought there. After mentioning it's also Fastrack, do u accept it is of cheap make too, he started shouting. Really regreted the purchase, the frame didn't even last a day and they denied to raise this to the manufacturer.

Excellent customer services and staffs are very polite to us...lot of collection of frames with high quality.. top brands like Ray-Ban, titan, fast-track brand of normal glass, power glass and cooling glass are available. Cash and card both are acceptable.

Smooth and breezy environment and executive.. would highly recommend to go here if you are planning to buy new specs or replace ur existing one.
