Staff behaviour was good except in NCT room.. I would like to comment about Doctor consultation which was also good rather than satisfactory.. Proper distribution of patients reports to the respective person has to be improved.. it would be better if the documents obtained without asking

I went for my eye infection treatment...which got cleared in a day. Good Care... Everyone were polite. Even I asked multiple questions but still they were politely replied One thing which they have to work is time... especially wait time.... Eye check process and doctor consultation is good but please work on reducing the waiting time for each process
Please, improve the drinking water visibility and change the plastic glass type. Waiting hall, and sofa covers are better keep to keep clean. Service is good.
