Recently we have took cataract surgery for my father's left eye and we felt super effective about the process and operation! The pre operative care with instructions on eye drops for 48 hours before surgery is very much effective and supportive.! Surgeon Dr. Thirumalai kumar sir is very much informative about the steps taken during surgery.! The post operative review with the doctor helped in clearly explaining after-care steps that made everything helpful.! 💯 Staffs and nurses are very much cooperative on all our queries ! Hospital refused to give a medical report of what they have diagnosed. No transparency. LOL: Editing this review to replay to your response. The response you have given is completely false or may be you have made up one yourself. Instead of addressing the feedback of your customer, you are just putting something falsely in public just to justify yourself. Let me explain in detail: I came with my mother and the checkup happened for my Mother who is a senior citizen. Why does she gonna need a leave certificate. The doctor diagnosed an issue and I asked for a medical report of that diagnosis but the hospital refuses to give the report. Even your hospital didn't give the eye power details. I think the doctor is not confidence about the diagnosis that's why not giving a medical report. I am not sure why your hospital is not confidence enough to give a medical report of a diagnosis you have done. Either it could be a false diagnosis and trying to do the treatment to earn money or not confidence about the diagnosis. And what, I didn't pay the consulting Fee? The very first step in your hospital is to pay the consulting Fee before going to any checkup. If you can lie this much bluntly in public, that shows what's your reputation is. I sincerely doubt the Google reviews you have. Here is my suggestion: I saw your hospital was very less crowded on a Saturday evening. That's because you are not addressing the customers problems / feedbacks rather just trying to put such falsely response in pubic and try to justify. Try to solve the problems of your customers.
