Aravind Eye Clinic - Melur

Poor response from nurse not patient friendly and taking so much time for visit doctore due to only one Dr treating all patients. Process also hidden don't know what's going on simply sitting. Worst atmosphere. @Management:Pls increase more doctors since melur surrounded with 30 villages.

Maps shows location wrong. Hospital located in alagarkovil road in melur, but maps shows alagarkovil road, madurai. Too much of time passed. Slow process, after waiting 3 hrs i consult doctor. Nurses are rudely behaved with patients. Service is good. But provided manner is very worst.

They better close this branch . It's spoiling their reputation . The male reception fellow behaviour is worst . Didn't expect such a reputed group employs such staff. Pls don't go. There is GH nearby and go there

Today I come with a patient .He reached the doctor within half an hour .But it will take more than one hour to get medicines.It is better to keep the medical away from opticals ..

We are sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment of the service at Aravind madurai. Both of them Dr and nurse waste the time only.

It is better to separate optical section and medicine providing section.people are selecting the frames it will waste others time.

Very worst hospital.not respected for emergency patient
