Was comfortable with Dr's conversation & was able to know about my eyes conditions. Staffs were polite & fast in their work. But medicines were expensive. But I felt I found a good eye Dr for myself. Thank you.🙏

Poor service. Doctor orally just tell some non-standard poor quality vitamin tablets and eye drops without even giving a prescription for the same. They tell that scan is required to be done for diagnosis. But it can't be done after dilation. Without that test we can't diagnose. But still they give some poor quality non-relevant high priced vitamin tablets. Either they should be prescribing and taking a diagnosis test before dilation or don't give any non-standard medicines without prescription and proper diagnosis. Worst experience.

I took my 5 yr old and 5 month old children to the hospital for an eye infection. The doctor diagnosed the issue accurately and prescribed the appropriate medication. Although both kids have the same issue, he recommended different medications, as the same medication might not work well since they will touch and play together.

No use of appointment, nobody expects my arrival. In fact I waited in the queue for my turn. I would have gone on my own instead of making advance booking. Doctor was very friendly and helpful. All other staffs might be trained on greeting patients atleast.

Dining place for staffs or in sometimes also for customers or attenders is not sufficient in kknagar branch, Care on this may be welcomed.

Nice and Neat hospital. No Crowds. Service and Doctors are well trained and friendly. Doctor knows Tamil language only 30% but he could able to convey it clearly. Anyhow nurses are there to help you out though if you dont get that 30%.

Very very happy and satisfied about kknagar Agarwal eye hospital.we done our mother cataract surgery.starting from reception, counseling, pharmacy, especially doctors r very pleasing,and very cooperative.i referee all my known relative, friend's.. really, really very much satisfied...😊😊
