The worst part was that Morning after waiting and following up for 2.30 hours, the nurse called my name and asked me to get a scan without consulting my doctor. They charged 200 rupees for the initial check, and we had to wait for more than an hour. How management are selecting the Lazy Staffs.............

Farud money 🤑🤑 minded hospital,I visit with with my brother who is facing a eye swelling issue and eye pain due to eye power issues too the doctor prescribed for a power glass, but we asked the optical store staff to give the doctor prescribed eye glass prescription but they refused to give it with us they told whether you have to get glass frame or either the lens the women (duty time and date - timing between 2-4 pm 21/3/25, who told with us in the optical store which is the corner of next to cash counter and too the doctor is also forcing to buy the glasses from hospital,who is doing a PR job to the hospital , and the staff in medical dispensary, murmuring for what I asked for a doubt for can we get the same medicine in hospital later after the medicine complete, the hospital director must look immediately for the issue and clear it,if the patient asking for the glass prescription your hospital staff must give to them, don't think that a mistake done by the doctor is not so punishable as like other offences,you are violating the medical ethics violation and too, you are violating the important bed rock of our nation's constitution ie; FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS RESERVED TO THE CITIZENS OF INDIANS, MRBejan singh go through it,if you are not answerable the patient,but you are answerable to laws of our nation.. Keep that in your mind

Ok so lets begin with the good, the doctors were impressive and gave the right advise so 2 stars for that. However after that it goes downhill. I visited this place for my mother, and the experience was frustrating right from the start. The registration process, which costs ₹200, was confusing and poorly managed. Things only got worse at the blood sugar testing office. The cashier there (near the bloor sugar test center) was extremely rude—he kept shouting at people to give exact change even though it was only 11 AM and he didn’t have any himself. When I handed him ₹100 for a ₹50 bill and asked why he didn’t have change, he got defensive and started yelling instead of offering a solution. Very unprofessional behavior. Lastly, the number of patients far outweighed the available seating and doctors. I had to wait almost an hour just to see the glaucoma specialist. Honestly, I would avoid this place unless it’s absolutely necessary. Don’t just go based on what others say—it’s definitely cheap, and that might be why it’s always crowded. But in the end, you get what you pay for. So think twice before choosing this place.

Utter waste eye hospital !! Made flop in my mother's eye surgery. They promised 60% visibility before surgery and now she haven't even 30%. Before surgery she could see as normal and now she can't see anything clearly for atleast 2 meters distance. And doctor Sanjana can't accept her fault and she trying to cover her fault by arguing by making sound. Don't go for treatment there, you will lost your vision you already have. Doctors are rude especially dr.Uma . Full of money minded people and it's a money making business only for them.

Fraud hospital. Never go to this hospital. You will lost your vision you already have. Doctors are rude and disrespectful. Surgery got failed for my mother's one eye and now doctor argued with me and she can't accept her fault and talking rudely. Money minded hospital.

Fraud hospital and fraud doctors. Only money minded people with rude behaviour. If you want a good treatment and don't want to lose the vision that already you have then go to any other good hospitals. Doctors are rude and they can't accept the fault that they made in surgery. Only business minded people.

My mom lost her vision. Don’t go to this hospital, they are full of money minded. She was independent before her surgery, now she is not able to go anywhere. Doctors are money minded not ready to take the blame.

I underwent an eye operation in 2018 due to power issues. Though the process was a bit challenging, the results have been absolutely amazing! Even after six years, there have been no drawbacks. The doctors were super friendly and helped ease my fears, making it a great experience overall. Highly recommend this hospital for eye operations! ✨
