I had a wonderful experience at Titan Eye Plus located in Court Road, Nagercoil! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, guiding me through the process of selecting the perfect pair of glasses. Poor service, worst behaviour by the staffs,i ordered a glass and they didn't give the bill, just said the amount is 7000,but when i go for delivery they asking for 9000,rs without any proof , they are looting the money

Not happy with the service. The place is good staff is cordial but since of them lack proper understanding of the products on offer. I had ordered Carl Zeiss lens, but during delivery they didn't give me the Zeiss card of authenticity. I thought they had cheated me, upon calling them they told that they forgot to give me the card. Later I had to go again all the way till Nagercoil just to collect the card.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Titan Eye+ I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Titan Eye+. I placed an order for spectacles which they promised to deliver by 3rd February 2025. Today is 5th February, and I still haven't received my order. When I inquired about the delay, they gave me a story about issues with the courier service. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. If there was going to be a delay, they should have informed me ahead of time. Committing to a delivery date means standing by it, no matter what. Unfortunately, Titan Eye+ failed to deliver both the product and satisfactory customer service. I strongly advise against relying on their services.
