Worst experience ever I had in my life!!!! Purchased new glasses in this store, the quality of the frame given was very poor that paint got peeled off in a month. I had opted for a replacement and it's been 2 months & I'm still waiting to receive my glass. Very poor customer experience 👎👎👎👎

I am Not satisfied very bad experience...
It was an pleasant and good service at the first instance! Overall experience ,right from explanation to delivery was quick and neat. Ms.Jhansi the store person was very polite and humble in explaining every question asked from my end.
When we entered Titan Eye Plus at 8:30pm, it was closing time, and the staff provided excellent service without hesitation.
Very good customer service. Sales person provided very good clarity for questions.. they took little longer time to deliver the product. Please provide the products on promised time. Recommend the show room for better service in Old Perungalathur area.
Had a great experience in this store. Best assistance provided for selecting frames. And i want to highlight the explanation/advise given for contacts usage by brach staff Janci and other male staff (not aware of his name). The delivery was way before time, cuz i wanted to travel in a few days so they made it perfectly on time for me. Overall it was a real gooood experience. Thanks guys for ur service.
