The Eye Foundation Ooty

Good hospital. I went for changing my nose pads for my specs, they helped me well with short period of waiting time. The spectacle section was neat and well maintained. Good customer service. They also have a quite good collection of specs. Strongly recommended 👌 👍. one day I got eye infection and rushed to the eye foundation! The staffs and doctor treated me well.. Dr. Neha was on time in the morning and diagnosed my issue quickly and treated me well.. my eye infection dissolved within few days! They even asked me to visit them for a review and when I visited for my review, they didn't charge me anything! Totally happy with their service and diagnosis.

I went for eye check up n was waiting for the doctor to attend me for literally 45 mins along with me other patients were also waiting both doctors were at a room and discussing something for almost 1 hour they dnt value others time…. N that too on a Monday morning…..really disappointed this happened on 24/02/2025…. N staffs r afraid to knock the door and inform about the waiting patients….. that’s how they r treating their fellow staffs….. someone needs to be there to monitor things…..people r spending hours waiting from work break time to attend the hospital very lethargic on customer services

Service is excellent, staffs are very kind and carrying I am satisfied, highly recommend for this hospital
