Excellent Service. I travelled from Delhi to OOTY and it was Sunday. I could not find any other optical shop opened. Luckily titan eye plus was opened. I asked for my daughter's frame repaired, it was repaired and nothing was charged. I insisted for payment they said service is free. I got very good response which I was not expecting.

Because for every person that even simply steps into the showroom, the staff request specifically for a ‘good’ Google review to be posted, here is my honest and detailed experience! Been ordering with titan for over 10 years now and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Wanted to only change the lens because the one on my existing frame was damaged. The staff promised to make the delivery on the 3rd of January when taking the order. Despite telling multiple times that I was leaving abroad on the 6th, and calling everyday to ask for the status from the 3rd of January, there was no response or vague answers. They even once gave a completely wrong description to what I ordered and later said they got confused because they had two customers with the same name!! In another instance despite specifically asking for a home delivery and providing the address when address when ordering, they constantly asked to pick up from the store and said they didn’t have the address with them. In the end delivery was made on the 6th night at 8pm when I had already left making the whole order useless to me! Never had such a problem with titan but this time around the whole thing was messed up!

My husband's power glass broke....and we were here in Ooty for vacation and time was around 8: 25 pm..it was raining and it was trouble to drive without glass...we searched for opticals near by so after seeing the review..I called them to wait because it was a closing time.. Mr Vignesh and Mr Rajesh after having a look on the glass..we explained that it is the only glass my husband had right now...it's trouble to drive without glass..we were ready to buy a new frame too but...Mr Vignesh and Mr Rajesh they set the same old frame...wn we wr about to pay them....they both sayed we don't charge for service.... service is free...it is not about money but humanity...if there was someone else in there place surely they would have taken advantage of situation and time....me and my husband were surprised to see even people with good heart do exist...Mr Vignesh sir and Mr Rajesh sir,i really thank you from bottom of my heart...
