One of the best hospitals and very old hospitals in pollachi. My son has a severe ear problem and liquid is also coming from the ear. I bought him at the hospital today. They are very caring and explained good what is problem and they gave good treatment as well. The cost is also not very high. Very good hospital with Great Patient Care and Great Environment. Dr Anand is so patient in treating and diagnosing the problem. He really cares for the patient, analysing what is best for the patient while coming up with the treatment plan which is a great quality in doctor, which many other doctors are not doing nowadays. His work is extraordinary.

My mother underwent a stapedotomy surgery for otosclerosis in October. Due to her ear bone condition, the surgery was quite challenging and lasted for four hours. I had an excellent experience with Dr.Anand and Dr.Aishwarya in MCV Hospital. One of the best hospitals for any ENT problem. The doctors and staff are very caring and provide a top-notch treatment. The prick test result was very inaccurate and the way they did prick test also not like professional. I wasted Rs 2500 for false report. I don't know about other tests but doing prick test in MCV is not useful in anyway. I never have a dust allergy but result says allergic to dust and few other things but I never felt allergic to those things they mentioned. I'm allergic to curd but result didn't find this. I'm not sure any one benifitted from prick test conducted in MCV. I visited here 3 times, one important thing I noted here is, Dr. Anand sir is speaking in English and I'm not sure it's understandable by everyone. It's fine to speak in English if patient don't know Tamil. Also his attention with patient is very less and he is talking most of time with training doctors or nurse. My kind request, it would be great if doctors speak in regional language understandable by all patients and give more attention to patients as they wanted to speak their problems. When receiving negative feedback back, kindly bring it to respective doctor's attention and address the patient's concern rather than saying we are doing defamation 🙏
