The doctors and nurses her have no value for time, no systematic time management, nor do doctors come on the said time, no updates on approximate waiting time is shared by the hospital staff. Average time spent is 2-3hours minimum for a 5-10 minutes consultation. You won't even be able to leave because the first thing as soon as you enter is payment of doctors fees which makes you stay and cannot leave and revisit nextime. This is not expected from an educated and reputed doctors. Having some value for time and empathetic towards humanity will be nice.

Had gone to the hospital ,met Dr. Satish, he diagnosed saying that there was pressure in both my eyes, prescribed Lebafest eye drops for 3 weeks. Went again ,he again said that there is pressure in both the eyes and again prescribed the same eyedrops for another 2 weeks. Was not happy with the diagnosis,went to Lotus eye hospital in Coimbatore,was thoroughly checked, to my surprise the doctor said there was no pressure in my eyes

I had to wait for 3 hrs just for a basic eye check. I don't know what system they follow to make this much delay. In an optical,they will take it in 5 mins.

Mr. Senthil sir was very kind, polite nd helps to get our insurance clearance. I highly recommended Andavar eye care for all eye related treatments.

Why this to much late treatment in pasent Nurse not well communicate very very disupointment maintaining

My mom had cataract surgery at your clinic recently, and it went really well. She's usually quite scared of medical procedures, but your team was incredibly kind and patient with her. Advanced techniques were used, without injections, was a huge relief for her. Doctor sir and the staff took time to explain everything clearly, which greatly reduced her anxiety. I recently had visited this hospital for surgery and retina treatment, The hospital staffs right from the reception, Admin, Optometry, Duty nurses are very knowledgeable in their areas and very polite and friendly with the patients. Chief doctor Dr. Raghuram is more experienced and he clearly explains the issue and the course of treatment. The hospital is equipped with all the latest technology / tools, and is well maintained and a recommended place to visit for eye / retinal treatment..
