Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital

Worst service. Very disorganized. Took more than 1.5 hours just to get the preliminary tests done despite there being only "2" patients. Sent us off with just a clumsily done preliminary tests and a doctor's consult, no dilatation was done. The measurements/results given were all wrong, that when we had ordered glasses with their given power results, we experienced constant headaches and eye aches whilst wearing the glasses. When we had tested elsewhere, we were told that our prescribed power was WRONG. Such a HUGE letdown from this reputed hospital. We have been a loyal customer to this hospital for years, but this particular branch & their management is a huge disappointment and disgrace to the name of Agarwal hospitals.

The Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital provided excellent care throughout my treatment, with a special highlight being the dedicated counsellor Ms. Soundarya, who patiently explained my condition, answered all my questions, and helped me manage the emotional aspects of my parents cataract eye surgery. They made the entire process much smoother and less stressful, which is crucial when dealing with vision concerns. I recommend the most for this hospital to improve and enhance our vision problems.....
