The doctor provided good service and was professional in their approach. However, my experience with the receptionist and nursing staff was disappointing. Their behavior was unwelcoming and at times, disrespectful. It felt as though they were trying to act like doctors themselves, which created confusion and discomfort. The waiting room environment added to the negative experience, especially due to the attitude of the staff. I recommend visiting early in the morning, as delays and poor treatment seem to increase later in the day. While the doctor is commendable, the clinic should seriously work on improving the attitude and professionalism of the supporting staff to provide a better overall experience for patients

I had visited the hospital during 2nd week of Feb. The doctor was so humble and the treatment was very good. But the behaviour of few front office staffs was really rude. I felt the staffs needs to learn hospitality. I visited twice and there was no change in their behaviour. I noticed there were lot of uneducated and older people visiting their hospital only because of the doctors but this kind of behaviour from the staffs is not acceptable. Hope the management and the doctors take necessary steps. If I had to rate then I would blindly give 5 star for the doctors, but i would give only 2 star for the behaviour of the few staffs.
