The staff was very welcoming. I bought two specs, both were modern Designs. They had a lot of new collections and all the models. The price was also offeredable. The staff named gayathri was so nice and had a great experience in the show room because of her.
Just now ordered specs here. Workers are so polite and services are great(especially eye testing - completely free). Just like all the other comments, all are good but price little higher then I thought. But if you buy 2 specs with the membership it may worth(only if you want 2 specs)

Merits: * More number of frames are available. *We can try many frames and they won't urge you to make fast. *Staffs are friendly and soft in speaking. *Different types of lens glasses are available which suits different lifestyle. *Received specs with in two days. Demerits: * Frames are little bit costlier *Eye tests are less *More whatsapp messages are coming after giving phone number.
Stylish collection. Excellent customer care. Explained the differences between various lenses frames etc with detailing. Store is also located with ample parking space. I would like to categorically thank Gayathri and Aravind who were at the store when we went!

She was incredibly patient and attentive, taking the time to understand my preferences and guiding me to the perfect choice.
Customer service is very good. Warm welcoming and helping staffs. Especially Mr Manoj was really helpful, walked me through all the options and helped to choose the best one. Thank you
