Excellent hospital, if you are looking for solutions to your eye problems, look no further. Well kept and managed. Clean with all facilities. Recommended.

Today (02.05.2025) visited Sankara eye hospital at 11am, token process completed on 11.52am, 1st stage process completed on 12pm after that meet with doctor, still waiting from 12 to 3pm, they said wait here only. But some patients arrived lately (around15 members), those entered doctor room directly and send out easily. We are waiting so much time, totally frustrated & disappointed. There is no following FIFO process, Herewith I've attached image shows that, many patients waiting, but patients are very low.

I had a wonderful experience at Sankara Eye Hospital today (11/03/2025). The staff was extremely courteous and professional, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. The hospital maintains a clean and well-organized environment, creating a comfortable atmosphere for patients. “The examiners are very lazy, spending most of their time on mobile phones. Despite the lack of patients, especially in rooms 26 and 23, I had to wait an unnecessarily long time for a single test. This issue needs immediate attention from the management.”

Very good systems. Still it can be better. One Area for improvement is. Patients also need to be given a lunch break. My wife, a Diabetic on Insulin, wanted a lunch break indmsude OT. But all had taken a break for lunch, except my wife. Support staff need to be more humane and understand the need of patients.

I'm one of the patient community who used to refer Sankara to my peer circle. But today I've experienced the worst ever patient nurse interaction. The wait time was so long that we entered the hospital at 11 am , was asked to wait in 18 after preliminary checks. We waited at 18 for 40 minutes then after we enquiring about the wait time the nurses instructed to go to 10 and not wait here. If we were told before why would we waste 40 minutes. Then we were sent for Retinal OCT post which for checking the scan we were asked to wait for more than 60 minutes. If this continues then probably the credibility of Sankara will depreciate over time. Please make sure this never happen to any other patients in future!!!
