We are genuinely impressed by their pleasant approach and manner of treatment.Pediatricians and gynecologists are compassionate and have a method of thoroughly discussing every part of the procedure. The second-floor rooms are tidy and clean. Thank you for the management; we feel great.

Pros : 1. Dr Nithya mam is one of the best gynecologist in sirkazhi, good knowledge,care and comfort . 2.Sister Radhika and their team was the back bone of support ,who was there till the end of the procedure and very kind, it is difficult to see staff nurses who are so much caring like them. Cons: 1.Rs 80000 was charged for normal delivery, though they have supported the payment through bills, it was not justifying,because : Lift is under construction only so elders were not able to climb stairs,no hot water in rooms,many insects in rooms,damaged sofa,no lactation consultant or consultation,no feeding room,poorly maintained reception and waiting area. 2. Since my father was an ex service man, we were promised a discount of 30% in the beginning of the procedure, they also have a poster mentioning 30% concession for veterans and their family.At the end ,when were paying the money they denied us the promised discount saying that they don't know the meaning for veterans.This is very immoral behaviour by the management.

Our Baby born on Jan 8, 2025 It was our first time seeing the maternity kit itself, and initially, we thought of going to Dr. Bernard Shaw Hospital. However, we immediately decided to consult Dr. Nithya Ma'am, as she has always been extremely caring, approachable, and attentive towards pregnant women. Throughout my wife’s pregnancy, Dr. Nithya Ma'am ensured that every stage was smooth, comfortable, and well-monitored. Her experience and dedication gave us immense confidence and peace of mind. We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Dr. Satya Narayanan, who took excellent care of our baby after delivery. He carefully analyzed the baby’s breathing, performed thorough checkups, and provided detailed insights about the baby’s health. His calm and professional approach reassured us as first-time parents. Special thanks to the amazing team of nurses — Mrs. Rathika, Ms. Keerthi, Ms. Priyanka — and all the other staff members at the hospital. Their constant support, kindness, and attention to detail made our entire experience stress-free and memorable. We had 2 babies delivered in this hospital. This hospital is fully equipped and has a premium facility for Mother/baby care. The Doctors are great. The staffs are very polite. Best hospital in the locality.

Dr.Bernardshaw is a very experienced doctor in Sirkali. very kind person. Anytime we can reach.Even in midnight he will see the urgent cases. Only issue is no digital payments accepted here. Especially in their pharmacy we are always facing issues. Doctor prescribed medicine will be available only in their medical. But in the pharmacy, the staff are maintaining poor customer relations, not even basic courtesy. They always ask the exact money change for the medicine. Even if you give Rs 50 to buy medicine, they will tell no change. Also they won't accept Gpay or Phonepay or Paytm payments. Even tea shops and Panipoori sellers accepts UPI payments. I understand that they avoid digital payments due to avoid taxes. But it hurts more the patients. I am writing this because I didn't face this issue one or two times, but many times.
