Dr Anil Kumar Eye Hospital

Visited the hospital for the inaguration. Great infrastructure. All latest laser treatment facilities available. Spacious interiors. Parking, lift, ramp, Branded iTrends optical shop and all amenities available. Very happy to see such eye care facilities in sivakasi just near the busstand.

I am writing this review while sitting inside the premises to see the doctor. Yet to experience the service. They are taking patients time for granted is the review I saw and that's 💯 true. They told only 6 patients before me and it's been 2h and yet to see the doctor. They are still saying only 6 patients before me. I think this is a lack of transparency and I'm not sure whether I can trust them on the treatment. Let's see will keep posting on the service Increasing to 3 start as the doctor service is good. Doctor explained the problem to our understanding and given easy suggestions in our lifestyle along with the treatment. I liked the care. But it took 2h:30 min in total for the general consultation is not something I am not able to accept. But definitely I will give it a one more try to see whether their process in wasting the patience time got improved. This is only because I liked the service. Hello sir. This is Dr Praveen kumar May I know why you have left such a poor review without even seeing the doctor sir? This is very upsetting… My reply is, I totally understand your frustrations towards my review doctor. As i updated today in my review, I have no complaints about service but taking 2h 30min for the general consultation is not correct. Our time also precious like yours. And openness should be there incase we have to wait for longer. We would have come back later in time.

Though the hospital services are good, they take patient’s time for granted. We have taken appointment at 1 pm for cataract surgery. But we have been called at 6.45pm to the theatre. Till then we have been waiting. And we were told to leave after 8.30pm. However, the services were good.

Service is too good... Doctors and staff caring super.. Thank you all..

I've done Lasik surgery last month. I felt happy that in this hospital they are doing all surgeries in the low cost. It was the great service by the staffs and doctors. Thank you

We did two operations for my parents. They are treated well. Staffs are render their service politely

Worst hospital, here nurses are not understanding our feedback during the checkup time, after checkup I had issues on my class which is purchased to them so I come and inform to them I had some issues in my class so I need to change( I'm ready to buy new one) but they told me to follow the whole procedure from the start and told me to pay for that which is not necessary, after I came here I get eye pain only worst customer service.

Good hospital, doctors and nurses and staff also friendly behaviour....
