**Feedback on Cataract Surgery Experience** Dear Dr. Anil Kumar and the Hospital Management, I am writing to share feedback regarding my father’s recent cataract surgeries at your hospital. While the treatment itself was effective, and I am pleased to say that my father recovered quickly after both procedures, I feel it is important to bring attention to a concern we encountered. During both surgeries, we noticed behavior that was quite unexpected in such a critical setting. On both occasions, the doctor engaged in loud phone conversations while inside the operation theatre. This was unsettling not only for my father, who was on the operating table, but also for other patients present that day. It created a sense of discomfort and anxiety. Many patients felt the same but were hesitant to express their concerns openly. We greatly appreciate the quality of care in terms of the medical outcome, but I believe maintaining a calm, focused, and professional environment during such sensitive procedures is equally important. Patients place immense trust in their doctors and medical staff, and ensuring their comfort during surgery should be a priority. I request that the hospital and Dr. Anil Kumar take this feedback into consideration. A more patient-centric approach during critical procedures would significantly enhance the experience for those seeking treatment at your hospital. I have checked my eyes in this eye hospital. The Testing Equipments and the operators are well trained and experienced and also with latest equipments. The ambiance is good spacious waiting area and enough seatings. The hospitality of the doctor is good. Dr.Anil Kumar's Eye Sivakasi is full-fledged in all eye care treatments and the restrooms should be maintained well. The Eye glass store inside the hospital i care is really perfect with the latest and variety of options and the customer care and support is also good.

Really very kind services! doctors are taking care of patients same like parents! Also, the hospital staff giving kind attention and quick service for patients! as per my own experience I have shared this feedback! May ALLAH give long life for doctors!

Everything is good in hospital, equipment, staff behaviour except without reason you have to wait 4 to 5 hours minimum..........just check up they took only hardly 10 minutes but after that remaining hours simply sitting and sleeping 🥱

Treatment is good but too much waiting time. I’ve visited this hospital two times. Both times it took 3 hrs to consult with doctor. Literally they will test your patience level 🥱

Recently my mother-in-law went through a cataract surgery. Well impressed with their hospitality especially the staffs are very polite and treat the patients with patience also we can contact the hospital at anytime they are responding with a good manner. Best hospital in sivakasi to undergo an eye surgery.

Quality wise good.... Please arrange patients to meet doctor by as per patient entry time, My mother entered hospital morning registered token name 3rd, but they send meet doctor near 10th token... Also need more communication for insurance related...
