₹300 for ENT consultation looks too high in a town like Mayiladuthurai. Even in metro cities like Chennai the charges are less. Moreover, no bills are provided for the payments made, making it completely unaccountable. As a salaried tax paying citizen, its regret that such income of these professionals finally falls on the honest tax paying citizens in the form of inflation and more taxes. I would recommend to encourage professionals who are reasonable, follow transparent practices, ethical and honest.

Best eye hospital in mayiladuthurai. Dr. Saravanan is very good and he takes care very nicely. This hospital has all equipments and their service is also much appreciated.

I had a bad experience with him. I brought my mom to him and he checked and suggest power change to his reading glass. As per his guidance we changed the glass, but it started to make some stress in her eyes. Day by day it results in severe head ache. Then we retest the eyes in a private opticals and rectified with new power lenses. Now she is ok. I am not saying that he is talentless. But his negligency made us suffer a lot.

Worst service in anu opticals inside hospital. The staff are really illiterate. Talking so rude and indecent. Charges so expensive. Better avoid them.

For power check up, I don't recommend this hospital. Because they don't apply eye drops to find out the exact power. Otherwise, the management is good.
