If you go for battery change, they say it's not working and just throw it. I took two watches and for both they told the same answer. Then I took a watch mechanic here. He changed the battery and both are working very nicely. We are going there for good quality batteries. But their behaviour is like this. Whoever going for battery change don't believe them, check outside somewhere and then proceed. First time I faced like this in a titan show room. Worst experience.
