I recently had a very disappointing experience with the ward and cleaning staff. They were demanding money and bargaining for performing basic duties, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. In contrast, the doctors and nurses were extremely caring and professional, and I sincerely appreciate their service. I request the management to take strict action against the ward and cleaning personnel involved in this behavior to ensure a respectful and ethical environment for all patients and their families. Very worst hospital. Bad experience. Only money money money. During a one day stay, a short female night receptionist was the only one who spoke politely and kindly. But the next morning the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked her name why are you talking like this, my name is Sudha. what will you do He said with indifference and even arrogance. It is not respectable to work in such a place with such people. Treatment also did not work. The only thing left is the money gone.

Anu Hospital is providing excellent medical services in Thanjavur. 👍🏻 I was admitted to Anu Hospital for my grandfather's treatment. Dr. Sivakumar sir's care and medical treatment is excellent.🙏🏻 The Housekeeping working there are arguing about asking for 200 to 300 rupees for cleaning, why isn't the hospital not paying workers ? 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ While my grandfather receiving admit treatment at the hospital, there were female nurses on the top floor of hostel playing loud songs on the loudspeaker, dancing, and making reels, disturbing the patient. 🫨😖 This caused patients to be unable to sleep until one o'clock in the night. 😦 When I went up to Dr.Sivakumar sir and asked about this, a female employee working in the OP used inappropriate words and behaved in a way that was hurtful.😑 This is our hospital, our hostel, we will behave like this, if you can, go and report it wherever you want, he says When I complained about this to the hostel supervisor, she Didn't notice 🫥 Other patients are considering filing a complaint against them because they are female employees working at the hospital. The behavior of female employees staying in the hospital hostel and engaging in such degrading activities brings this disgrace to the hospital, the doctors and Dr. Sivakumar sir. The hospital's women are acting as they please in the hostel. This is wrong. It is the hospital's duty to take appropriate action and ensure that no other patients like me are affected. ☹️ I humbly request the Human Resources Department and the Administrative Secretary to take appropriate action against the female staff who were staying in the hospital hostel and harassing the patients.🤦🏻‍♂️

One of the worst patient care experiences at this hospital. My father had a scheduled review appointment today at Anu Hospital with Dr. Shivakumar. During the visit, he showed his recent master health checkup report from Kamatchi Hospital, Thanjavur, which indicated weak kidney function. However, instead of addressing the concern, the doctor rudely said that since we chose another hospital for the master checkup, we should continue going there instead. He didn’t even bother to look at the report and immediately called his staff, instructing them to remove my father’s name and not allow him to book any future appointments. When my mother explained that we were unaware of their master checkup services and that we always do it elsewhere, he responded harshly and told us to go to another hospital. How can a doctor dictate where patients should get their master checkups? It is our choice to do a master checkup anywhere. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. We are paying for consultations, not seeking free treatment. Patients deserve care and respect, not arrogance. A doctor’s attitude matters as much as their expertise. If this is how the MD of the hospital treats patients, it’s concerning for the hospital’s reputation. We have been visiting this hospital for the past three years. When my father first experienced chest pain, this so-called doctor judged him by his appearance and asked if he had sufficient money before even starting the treatment. Only after I called and assured them that we could manage the expenses did they proceed with the admission. I had hoped the doctor would change his attitude over time, but it seems he hasn’t. His rude and arrogant behavior towards patients continues. A doctor should treat patients with care and respect, not judge them by their appearance.
