Experienced doctors and equipped Eye hospital with Good staff and service

To the admins of the hospital, The token system at the hospital is a joke. Please don't waste the time of the patients. You gain nothing from it. Making the patient for 2 hours for a consultation is horrible. Please be sensible and update you token system with reasonable waiting time. Hope you understand the concern.

The doctor was very kind and did the surgery well and he explained everything in a proper manner...But the staff in the hospital are not good..they are very very careless..my father had surgery in left eyes.. before the surgery in the file they entered as right eyes..very careless..we found out that and then they changed...if you are doing the surgery through insurance don't visit this hospital...waste of time..for the surgery first we only want to make the full payment and then only claiming...the claiming process also very very slow..and one more thing consulting time also very very slow..you need to spend one whole day there

Doctor was good....but staff nurse all are worst 😡😡😡1 star only for doctor .....I haven't seen such a attitude nurse... If you have bp don't go this hospital nurse's increase your bp level ....such a careless nurse....bad experience in this hospital....be aware...when you got the file please check twice......

First of all I regret consulting in this hospital...Please think about it twice before visiting this hospital...bad administration reflects in the reception itself..the staff was not good..they are very careless about filing the person data..if you have any queries regarding the surgery or medicines..they won't give the clarity.. they always rush to go out... waiting time also too long to consult a doctor..

My mother had underwent cataract surgery during Jan 2021 and it was a very good experience. I am very much satisfied with the treatment and there is no pain after surgery. All patients are handled with great care and everything was transparent like surgery procedure treatment all explained very clearly and good care was taken post treatment as well. Say do ratio is excellent. Overall am most satisfied and i would recommend RGK EYE CARE to all my friends.

Pathetic and dis organised clinic i have ever seen. Always the wait time is 2 hours though we book our appointment online prior. There is no regulations on timings. Very worst clinic. Doctor is good though. BP and sugar patients should come along with their medicine and foods packed

Doctor service is excellent, Nice Hospital environment. Reception staff, Administration and doctor are very kind and caring people.
