Aravind Eye Hospital Theni

I went to this hospital for my mother eye check up. For first time registration fee will be 100 rs. Which will be valid for 2 more visit with in 90 days. Staff care and hygiene was good. Easily we can complete all our test within 2h, but for doctor conceltation we have to wait for 2 more hours. Compare with all staff the staff who works in insurance department behaves worst. Restrooms were very clean. Hospital management team, plz reduce the waiting time.

This is Mustaq Ahmed Service was good, Dr Sayali changed the eye drops from Dorzox to Bidin, this change has proved counterproductive. I find it irritating requiring constant rubbing of the eyes. My eyes are red, please let me know if I can switch to the original med Dorzox

Recently visited Aravind Eye Hospital, theni it was crowded from early morning but they have controlled gently. Waiting time is high.They are following token system.. calling 5 persons once for checkup. For first time registration fee will be 100 rs. Which will be valid for 2 more visit with in 90 days. Staff care and hygiene was good. Easily we can complete all our test within 2h, but for doctor conceltation we have to wait for 2 more hours.But the quality and fee are comparatively less than others. There are no nearby restaurants available but they have a canteen inside the campus. food was decent, and cost is minimum. We can also pack our lunches as there is a dedicated space for eating. Car parking is limited to 10 cars, so be an early bird. Theni Busstand is located nearby, and autos are available any time. Patients are mostly from theni and nearby kerala regions. Cataract surgery is done very quickly. Just half an hour only. Thank you

A model hospital of Aravind Eye Care, Madurai. The amount and extent of community work they do in the field of ophthalmology is just mind boggling. All world class ophthalmic facilities are there including 2 well equipped operation theatres. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Doctors are very knowledgeable yet down to earth. Teaching is also excellent. I wish such kind of centres at each and every nook and corner of India.

Well known eye hospital situated in Theni, Tamil Nadu. Hospital is moderate clean and staffs are co opertive (but confused if you ask anything) . Counter number 1 for new registration, follow up registration and billing so it is always over crowded. That means you have to wait in the queue again if you need to pay any lab investigation. There Is NO SAPERATE BILLING COUNTER? 😕. Need more organized OP handling. Parking space will not available if you come after 10am.

Recent days changing a worst service, mother in law(52y) admited for defective vision and operation done(paid service). Within 2 hours discharged(no observation). And she was unconscious when reaching home. Requested support call, but customer care team not connecting to doctor and replied as contact your family doctor. Why this nurse and employees behaving like this don't know. Worst list 1. Not sharing the name or details about doctor in report, if we request the doctor details, no response. 2. Within 2 hours discharging is worst service 3. Managing with Un-responsibility nurse and employees

Worst experience in this hospital.There is no self communication between two other departments..just they are playing with patients time ..just go there and come here only the words they follow .At last only the day wasted .
