I stay in UAE. During my short visit to my home in Madurai, I decided to check and replace my existing reading glasses. First time, I visited Vasan, Tirunagar, Madurai branch yesterday. The reception persons heard about my previous eye checking, glasses and opened a file courteously. The preliminary checks were done by two sisters kindly. Then, doctor checked and clarified all my doubts in a very nice and easy understandable manner. She recommended for a increased power glasses. They also have a good optical showroom with huge display of good brands. One sister suggested my same preferred brand of frame and good lens. Delivery commitment was THREE DAYS. But, I told about my same evening flight from Madurai and asked if they can get it ready in FIVE HOURS. First she hesitated, but then contacted the necessary person and checked out the stock instantly. Positively, she accepted to deliver in hours, received full payment and arranged for a quick messenger immediately. GOT THE RIGHT CHECK UP & PRODUCT FROM RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME. Wishing all doctors, sisters and the team a wonderful prosperous years ahead.....

Excellent and courteous service at Vasan Eye Care Center by the staff and doctors. Took my aged mother for eye test. She was well taken care of. Only suggestion I have for the staff is to offer wheel chair support to elderly patients who visit this office. There are several steps that must be ascended to reach the office - could be difficult for elderly people.

Awesome experience. Had surgery for both the eyes on the same day. Within 2 days, I was able to see clearly and gradually day by day my eyesight got improved after that. Now after a week, able to see very clearly. Also all the staffs in the hospital are very supportive and friendly. Thank you very much
