One of the best hospital in Thoothukudi. Staffs are very kind and supportive. They are clearly explained the procedures for my mother. Doctor is well experienced doctor in Thoothukudi.

Very bad behavior from staffs.. my mom made an eye check up and at the end they don’t give you them the eye prescription.. they forced her to purchase the glasses from them only. They paid for the check up and they suppose to give the prescription..

As there is no provision to zero stars, I have given 1 star. Went there as it was close to my home and had to leave for some urgent work. This was one of the worst experience I ever had 1. Had to wait for the Doctor to arrive for more than hours even though outpatient time stared 2. No proper token system to organise the crowd. The staff send in an order favourable to them 3. Even if we bring out this point they do not care and explicitly have an attitude that if we do not like we can go out and have rude behaviour So better watch out for some good hospital as there are plenty.
