I live in new Jersey came to India to see my parents and told mom my son special needs to do eye check up suggested by school nurse. She advised me to take siva eye clinic. Very very worst experience ever.they are not use one prescription for one time.i requested to clear prescription according to date wise for reimbursement ,the man who give appointment. they didn't allow me to see the mam. My mother consult dr.sujatha for past 3 yrs .but for reimbursement they didn't provide enough documents. They must provide the required documents but the man in the clinic scold me that don't ask doubts as installment that is very bad behaviour it makes me sad ...

Dr. Sujatha is the humble and polite doctor, taken care of my father in law and treated with dedicately.... However I had happened to receive my spectacles, after receiving unfortunately I lost my card which they usually provide for all patient , next day I had requested them to provide a new card.. But inside so called gentle man was behaved very rudely and denied to provide.... Not in a mood to listen what is my requirement.... Even though I was requesting him.... This gentle man yelled at me and shouted badly said me get out....Is this a way to treat a customer?????? Mr gentleman pls learn how to treat a customer... Gently....i don't know who is that so called gentle man....One satisfied customer is equall 100 types marketing.., if u don't know pls don't do this service... U are not fit enough being in this nobel profession.... Sorry Dr. Sujatha mam.... God bless the gentleman ....
