Very polite receptionist, ask me to fill a simple form with name address and mobile number. Each testing room is identified with numbers,the nurses are guiding properly to each testing room. I have gone for free eye check up only. Nicely done. Gone to hospital by 1.13 pm after completing the tests came out 3 pm. Nice hospital.

I had a wonderful experience at Agarwal eye hospita.l The staff was very courteous and professional , and the doctors were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The facilities were cleaned and maintained. My treatment very smoothly and l felt well cared throughout l would definitely recommended this hospital to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Newly constructed building. Friendly and welcoming ambience. Neat and clean. ✨👌 Has good and comfortable seating in the lobby and also in consultation floors. 🛋️ As they recently moved to this building, currently the canteen is on a small scale on the top floor. Hope it will be improved with more dishes and better chairs. 🍽️ Overall, a well managed hospital in Tirunelveli and had a good customer experience. 🤝👏👍

Pathetic review on People in Your hospital Last Saturday (10.05.2025) My mother has Right Eye Cataract surgery in your esteemed Dr Agarwal Eye Hospital organization, Tirunelveli Since I have corporate policy I have availed where your front desk people before operation they have me to pay Advance for Rs 11462(they said since approved for around Rs 26000 and odd for bill amount of Rs 38000) Even I paid them immediately. After on discharge they have not provided any total summary bill till now They asked to collect today 13.05.25 I was shocked that final bill approved from my Insurance company was Rs 30000 ) when I enquired them on direct today(13.05.2025) to Insurance Section mam that no one responded me properly They said that you have excess of Rs 2640/- asked to come in next checkup. R u people swindle the customer money like this What kind of organization and people in Insurance Section ill treat customer like this .

I visit Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital annually for my checkups, and I'm always impressed. The staff, nurses, and doctors are consistently friendly and create a calm atmosphere. They have a team of very experienced eye specialists, and I know they perform many types of eye surgeries. I highly recommend them for thorough eye exams. It's also convenient that they have a pharmacy and optical shop right inside. The waiting areas are comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned. The consultation fee is reasonable, around 150 rupees. I've found that the online appointment system can be a bit unreliable at times, but overall, I've been very happy with their care for the past five years

Hospital was clean and well maintained. The processes were also quite streamlined. The eye checking rooms were a bit small and cramped - they could be bigger. The doctor also took good care and time while treating. Agarwals seems like the new age version and better than Aravind.
