Not good. Very disappointed. as usual money minded hospital. even in IMCU the treatment is very slow they don't check everything quickly as part of analysis to identify what illness patient actually going through. just to analyze they took 4 days and in between for medicine they took more money. very often i was asked for to buy medicine but they wouldn't have used all the medicine completely to the patient. after 4 days analysi they said patient(my mom) analyzed with open TB will have to put on isolation and then start treatment. next day again they said no we dont have facility here take the patient to government hospital. i was scared as soon as they said this usually for critical situation they will send to GH. I blasted and yelled at them and took my mom to another hospital. She is alright now. they tool all the money just in 4 days around 60k and without any solution they dropped off from continuing with the treatment. the infection was too much. if they would have analyzed quickly atleast using antibiotic they could have reduced the infection. but no treatment was done and took more time for analysis. worst service. one of the other patient died because of their wrong treatment when we were there in the hospital. the patient came in good condition

If you do colonoscopy, they take cost overall 20k+. they takeing over price.If you don't require to admitted, they will force you to get admitted in single room and take more money. simply they try to loot your money. Every time they take visiting fees, Even when it's time to show the report to the doctor. If you want to see a doctor via telecommunications then it's experience will be horrible. They charge 1000 rupees fees but no solution. Customer care executive have no experience. If you go there your illness will get better or not it's not fix but your pocket will be empty this is fix.

Narayani hospital is best in patient care and good treatment provided by doctors and test price also affordable. health check up staffs are also good in patient guiding

I visited Narayani for my master health checkup and opted for the Executive Master Health Checkup, which cost ₹6000. The service exceeded my expectations—it was excellent. Since I was new to the hospital, the staff guided me throughout the process and accompanied me to each test counter. However, the registration area needs improvement. It was chaotic in the morning, with only one staff member handling registrations while 10-15 people from other states waited. The absence of a queue system led to people cutting in line. My tests began at 8:00 AM and were completed by 11:00 AM. I received my report by 1:00 PM. The package included a free doctor consultation as well as complimentary breakfast and lunch, though the food was limited and had a fixed menu.

Only I'm giving star for dr. Arvind general medicine.... Really I'm telling worst hospital money minded people first entire in the emergency room I have emergency I came to hospital they people are teaching me first u can go to billing like that I'm telling I'm also staff nurse only I know hospital roles please do your job sister and doctor like that I told worst doctor's IN emergency . My sister got admitted in the ICU only they people are covering money mam bills ready mam U. Payment is done mam billing count like that only they asking nothing if it's poor family will come Means just give to 10% discount ..pharmacy and bed charges very expensive and rate is high other pharmacy very less cost compare to marayani hospital pharmacy...... I'm telling one thing.... I request Mr. Prabhu general manager. He not see me he tell no discount nothing like that he told. He is doing more attitude .Just give respect for humanity sir OK very worst manager and management first fall learn how to take ..totally nobody understands my situation and problems there no one do have any sympathy and empathy .because all people are money minded people only there working one more thing I get all pharmacy things they staff nurse taking going they using other patients My things I asked no return medicine like that she is telling I already returned like she told I checked bills no return medicine like that is there in Bill copy

I have come to the Sri Narayani Hospital for 3rd times. Now I have come to this hospital for treatment of myself and my family also and find the treatment very satisfactory. I have done a master health check up for my son which includes all types of diagnostic needed for a child at a very affordable cost. I wish every success of this hospital in future.
