Very good service & correct guidance too. I had broken/ bent my spectacles within a week of purchasing it. I spoke to Mr.Balaji, he asked me to return by courier. I sent the spectacles to him, he serviced the same and sent it by courier within 1 week. To my surprise, he did not charge for the repairs too. Thanks to him, my glasses are as good as new.

Very good opticals in vellore city. A wide range of collection of frames available. Eye testing can also be done. Owner is very kind and soft spoken. Rates are nominal. Highly recommended. Better option than the so called online big brands. Shop is air conditioned fully. I was informed that this shop is functioning here for more than 2 decades.
